JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Reporting to:
Senior Software Engineer
Main Duties:
- To shadow the Senior Software Engineer. learning the various software / design techniques at TMD
- Providing support and eventually working on their own projects
- To develop skills commensurate with Equipment core software technology
- Develop understanding of TMD products and their software requirements
- To comply with and follow an established training plan
- To support Equipment Engineering in development and improvement of existing products and technologies
- To support Equipment manufacturing activities
- To maintain and engineers daybook to allow visibility of activities
- To ensure compliance with TMD manufacturing procedures and quality manuals
- To achieve scheduled activity against forecast / plans
- To comply with the Company policy on Health and Safety
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Maths / Computing / Science
Pic Micro Controllers
Embedded C Programming
High Speed Digital Design
Assembly
PCB Design
PSU Design
Experience of Engineering and use of the above programmes.
